Sofia Clara Interiors & Gardens is a full-service interior and garden design firm working between Lausanne and London. Our goal is to help you create a home that will be a beautiful and functional backdrop to years of new memories.

For us, home means outside as much as it means inside. Our goal is to create one space – aligned with your aesthetic – whether you are outside looking in, or inside looking out. We work with plants, furnishings, textiles, hard materials, paint, artwork, sculpture, and lighting to create beautiful, layered homes with considered details.

Designers tend to be either interior designers or garden designers. We are both. We believe homes are better when the interiors have been designed with an understanding of how the exteriors are going to evolve with the seasons and the years. Your garden should be an integral part of your home’s design – not just an add-on or an afterthought.

Our most exciting conversations are helping clients project themselves beyond the relatively short-term horizon of the interior design to the long-term vision of a house and garden that can grow together to form the perfect home. We look forward to having that conversation with you.

This project is nearing completion and we have some exciting progress photos to share. We have been working closely with the clients and the architects on this new build; a soon-to-be home to a lovely young family of four. The project is currently in the final phase and is almost ready to be styled and fully enjoyed by the owners.
