RADISHES, BUTTER & SALT
Radishes with butter sprinkled with salt is one of my favourite light snacks. I was going to say healthy buuuut seeing as they are dipped in pure butter, I’m not sure that’s allowed.
Let’s stick with light snack.
These are great to serve before dinner when you have friends over and most importantly, they are quick and easy to make.
- A bunch of radishes with the stalks still on
- 80g butter
- Fleur de sel
Wash the radishes well and cut off the roots.
Put the butter in a bowl and leave to melt gently. I left it in the sun but you can also pop it in the microwave. You don’t want the butter to melt completely just soften so you can whisk it to the consistency you want.
